Self-RIPE (2024-2025) of UET Lahore
The University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore hosted the Self-RIPE 2024 activity, organized by the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC). This initiative reflects UET’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, institutional effectiveness, and continuous quality improvement. The Self-IPR Review Team is rigorously evaluating UET’s performance through comprehensive document reviews, stakeholder meetings, and facility visits.
🗓️ The 2-day activity included meetings with statutory officers, faculty members, students, and department heads, as well as visits to classrooms, labs, libraries, cafeterias, and student support facilities.
The IPR Review Team had a detailed session with Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI) — Vice Chancellor, UET Lahore and Chairman, Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC). The team shared their initial observations and received valuable insights and encouragement from the Vice Chancellor.
